Why won't InteLex download?Because the installation files are almost 20 MB, depending on the speed of your connection it will take a few seconds before InteLex will start to download. There is no problem, however, so you need only be patient.
Will InteLex run on my computer?InteLex runs on Windows (98/2000/XP) and Macintosh (OS X).
Users have successfully run InteLex on Windows Me and NT, but they are no longer officially supported. There is also a current download for OS 9, but there will be no more in the future.
InteLex runs on Windows Vista, though the images on the toolbar do not appear. This is a known issue and is being addressed.

Why can't I hear the vocabulary words pronounced?You may not hear the audio for various reasons. The most common reasons are:
Why do no words show up when I try to make a selection?If no matches are found in a basic selection, it is usually because there are no words at the Difficulty Setting you have chosen. Leave the Difficulty Setting blank, and your words should appear.
Why don't I see the foreign font properly?If extra characters seem to show up in words, especially extra alephs and ayins, or if the foreign font simply does not display properly, then follow the below.
On Mac OS X, sometimes the font SPTiberian is not installed properly. To fix this:
Windows asks which program to use to open the file. What do I do?If you are using Mozilla Firefox, then when you download the setup file, the file name is truncated and all you see is the name "InteLex," and when you double-click the file, Windows asks you which program to use to open this file.
When Mozilla Firefox downloads a file, it does not properly handle file names with spaces and instead truncates everything after the first space. To tell Windows how to run setup, simply change the filename from "InteLex" to "InteLex.exe" -- and then double-click. Setup will run and InteLex will be installed.
